Maria Anna est une personne extrêmement fiable, vous pouvez lui confier vos petits félins en toute confiance. Elle aime les chats et inversement, les chats l’adorent. Ma petite Julia est tombée en amour avec elle dès la première rencontre. Les quatre pattes en l’air et hop flatte le bedon! Il y a des caresses qu’elle permet seulement à Maria Anna! Chaque visite est pour Julia un moment pour s’amuser, ronronner et faire une petite jasette avec sa gardienne. Maria Anna est une femme pleine de bienveillance et travaille avec son cœur. Grâce à ses services, vous pouvez partir en vacances en toute tranquillité.

Elle donne aussi beaucoup d’informations très utiles dans les vidéos qu’elle envoie. C’est fait avec soin.

Marie-Anna took care of our two cats for a month while we went back home to Europe. She was absolutely fantastic, very warm with our kitties and she took the time to send three videos with every single visit. She even gifted our kitties some catnip bags that they love to play with!

She made us feel reassured that everything was taken care of at home while we were away, and seeing her videos was a highlight of the day when she was visiting.

She also took care of mail and made sure everything was on it's place. We'll absolutely hire her again whenever we have the need for a cat sitter.

C'était la première fois que nous faisions garder notre chat par un service professionnel et franchement, je suis content d'être aussi bien tombé. Il y avait tellement d'incertitudes autour du fait que nous nous apprêtions à confier un être si précieux à une parfaite inconnue, mais au final, nous n'aurions pu être plus satisfaits.

Je tenais à écrire ce petit témoignage pour vous rassurer, pour vous conforter dans votre choix, car je comprends que vous puissiez ressentir de l'hésitation. Vous pouvez me croire sur parole, Mary-Ann est très professionnelle et son amour pour les chats est pour le moins palpable.

Dès la première rencontre, elle a su apaiser nos appréhensions en prenant le temps d'établir une bonne relation de confiance. La première impression était bonne et nous étions déjà rassurés. Mary-Ann dégage le calme, la rigueur et le respect. Sans compter qu'elle a le "tour" avec les chats! On voit qu'elle fait cela pour les bonnes raisons. On ne pourrait demander mieux. Je la recommande chaleureusement.

Ayant projeter de partir en vacances quel fut notre dilemme lorsque la question des chats est venu.

Que faire des chats? car nous en avons 4 qu'elle était la solution pour eux pendant nos vacances.

Recherche pour les placer mais pas évident.Chenil pour animaux pas très pratique et pas facile pour les emmener tous ensemble au même endroit.

Voilà la solution, une personne qui vient à domicile,comme nos chats ne sont plus jeunes c est la solutions idéal.

Dès notre première rencontre avec Mary-Anna nous étions en confiance c'est la personne parfaite.

Parti l'esprit tranquille en ayant des vidéos a chaque jours et voir nos chats heureux de la visite de Mary-Anna nous rassurais.

I hired Maria-Anna to do visits at my apartment and look after my cat Chromie as I was out of the country meeting family over the holidays, and I am pleased to say that she over delivered on every aspect of the job. It took only a couple of visits for Chromie, who is sweet but very shy, to come out of her shell and make friends Maria-Anna who is total superstar providing cuddles, friendly conversation and great selection of toys, all which were to Chromie's liking.

After every visit, Maria-Anna sent a video update so I could see with my own eyes how well Chromie was doing. This was a great relief and always lightened up even the most tiresome days of travel.

She also took care to check the apartment and show me that everything was alright, and helpfully caught and plugged a damaged window that had been letting in ice of a very cold day. Overall I felt very please that both my cat and my home were under such careful and professional supervision, and I can't recommend Maria-Anna enough for anyone in need of pet sitting services - she is truly excellent!

Mon mari et moi sommes parti pour 23 jours à l'extérieur du pays et nous n'avions jamais laissé notre chat avec un étranger, j'étais très inquiète car j'ai toujours pris soin de mon chat et j'ai horreur des gens qui maltraitent les animaux ou les délaissent. De faire garder notre chat par un étranger a été un choix difficile à faire mais nous n'avions pas le choix.

Après plusieurs recherches, nous avons trouvé Maria-Anna. Je dois dire que son professionnalisme, sa délicatesse, son amour si évident pour les chats et son extraordinaire travail, ont permit que nous lui fessions confiance avec notre Botitas, après qu’elle a gardé notre chat, je vais toujours confier Botitas à Maria-Anna dans le futur, elle est simplement extraordinaire. Après une longue absence, nous avons retrouvé notre chat en pleine santé, heureux; tout le long de notre voyage, Maria a maintenu une communication constante avec des photos, des vidéos et des commentaires de chaque visite. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation Maria-Anna, elle est juste formidable.

J'ai dû partir a Québec une semaine pour une formation (nouveau travail) J'étais paniqué de laisser Fiona toute une semaine ,personne de mon entourage ne pouvais venir a la maison cette semaine là , Mary-Ann a pris grand soin de ma Fiona , j'ai reçue une vidéo de mon bébé a tous les soir ,c'étais si rassurant de voir que tout allait bien . maintenant je sait que je peux partir la tête en paix , car il y a Mary-Ann qui nous offre ce service et qui on le voit aime nos animaux, Merci Mary-Ann

Maria-Anna est la meilleure gardienne de chats qu’on puisse avoir. Je la connais depuis bientôt 2 ans, et sa rencontre a vraiment amélioré ma qualité de vie. Je voyage maintenant plus souvent, et j’ai l’esprit tranquille. Mes 2 chats demeurent dans le confort de leur environnement, sans stress. Je sais qu'ils aiment beaucoup Maria-Anna aussi, les vidéos qu’elle m’envoie à chaque visite en témoignent sans aucun doute!

Elle est attentionnée, généreuse de son temps et bienveillante avec mes chats. Elle laisse mon appartement dans un état impeccable à chaque fois, arrose mes plantes, passe le balai près de la litière et des bols, alterne les lumières et ramasse mon courrier. Son professionnalisme et son énergie positives vont charmeront. Je vous la recommande sans hésiter!

I had the pleasure of discovering Mary Ann this past summer. My partner and I had planned a 2-week vacation and had no one to look in on our Zoe and Gisele.

So I took matters into my own hands and did a Google search. Her site came up, and I had a look, felt what a saw was promising, so I presented this option to my partner, Stéphane. He was not sure at first - 'What? You want a stranger to come into our house while we're thousands of miles away, and you actually think she'll simply mind the cats?' I said that I believed so, that the website looked professional and serious and I was willing to at least meet with her. My gut feeling would tell me whether to proceed or not.

So I wrote an email expressing my needs, (in-house visits) and Mary Ann replied quickly. We set a date to meet at my house so she could meet the kitties too. I immediately knew she was a keeper! My Zoe took to her almost instantly, and Mary Ann knew how to reassure Stéphane. She also agreed to water our plants! Off we went....then we received the first email with videos and a detailed description of how the cats were doing. We watched the videos from our hotel room and knew everything was going to be just fine. Mary Ann continued to send us videos every two days, as promised. She took such good care of our kitties and spoiled them. We knew not only our cats were in good hands, but our house too. What a relief!!!!

So I recommend her 120%. Whether she comes to your home or takes your cats to hers, be assured that they will be taken care of as if they were her own. We hit the jackpot in finding Mary Ann and will absolutely call her the next time we travel. Know you can leave with a peaceful heart and mind.

Que dire … Dès notre première rencontre, avant même que Maria-Anna finisse d’entrer, j’étais instantanément soulagé d’avoir trouvé ‘LA’ personne qui prendrait soin de mes chats durant mes absences.

J’ai deux chats difficiles, sans doutes pour avoir été traumatisés par d’anciens gardiens; Fifi, qui se cache lorsqu’une nouvelle personne vient à la maison, et Sol, qui se prend pour un lion, gardien omnipotent de son territoire. Eh bien, Fifi a adopté Maria-Anna quasi sur le coup et Sol ne s’est pas senti menacé. Le calme régnait! Cela fait maintenant trois ans, et je peux affirmer que Maria-Anna est une personne réellement spéciale.

Elle aime vraiment ce qu’elle fait, est douée et fiable. C’est toujours un plaisir de recevoir ses photos et vidéos du temps qu’elle passe avec les chats. Elle fait même le tour de toutes les pièces, afin de montrer que tout est en ordre. De tout cœur, merci, merci, merci.

I have been a client of Marry-Ann for almost 5 years, at first i was a bet uncomfortable leaving my Sophie, but i have to say that after one visit, i really felt like if she was taken care of at my home! Marry-Ann would send me frequent updates, videos and let me know how it is going, Sophie has never been in a cage so to have free space is a huge plus! you go at the pet boarding places and it breaks your heart how they put an indoor cat in a cage! after few visits, Sophie would have her own place above the fridge, she became friends with the other cats (chasing them around playfully), and after a 24-48 hour of being unhappy after leaving our home, she would be herself again! she actually is not afraid of Marry-Ann any more, and would go for her to cuddle her when she picks her up!

over all, i can't find a better place for my cat, and from the bottom of my heart i consider her place as if its sophie second home! that is how good care she takes of the cats, either when she boards them in, or do home visit, she would actually spend sometime and play with her and does all the necessary stuff! would do it over and over if i have too without a second thought! i am sure i can't find any one as caring as Marry-Anna is! We both (Sophie and me) consider you a friend! Thank you for making her feel like home, and making me feel at ease for leaving her behind when i needed.

I have been a client for over 4 years and I can say that I am so happy to know that Mary-Ann is caring for my cats when I'm gone. She is trustworthy, honest, kind and is always willing to help. My cats absolutely love her and it shows. There is nobody else I would rather have as a catsitter!
